The site is located in the beautiful village of Quadring in Lincolnshire. The site was purchased in 2020 and completed within 6 months. This plot was originally a old prefab bungalow which we demolished. Then we got planning permission for a chalet bungalow with 3 bedrooms and a single garage. This build has an open plan design and a south facing garden.
